Gamified DeFi Ecosystem
A cross-chain 'Feed-to-Earn' staking dApp that gamified token holding with an L2 strategy.

“The founder wanted to launch 'FatPepe' not just as a token, but as a gamified ecosystem where holding tokens literally 'fed' the Pepe character, increasing his weight (and staking APY) over time.”
Gamifying DeFi state on-chain without breaking the bank. Updating the 'weight' of a character for thousands of holders in real-time on Ethereum Mainnet is prohibitively expensive due to gas fees.
I proposed an L2 strategy. We deployed the core token on Ethereum for liquidity but built the 'Feeding Game' logic on Arbitrum to minimize costs. We used a custom LayerZero bridge to sync the staking state between chains securely.
We built a Phaser.js game for the frontend to make the 'feeding' interactive. The backend used a serverless architecture (AWS Lambda) to handle the game state updates before batch-signing them to the L2 contract, ensuring a lag-free experience.
FatPepe became a viral hit, reaching a $50M market cap in 2 weeks. The gamified staking retention rate was 3x higher than standard staking contracts due to the addictive 'feeding' mechanic.
We wanted a meme coin that was actually fun to hold. Witsberry turned our silly idea into a sophisticated GameFi product.
We help founders and operators make the right technical decisions, the ones that save money, ship fast, and hold once real users show up.

A licensed Qatar ride-hailing app for Hello Limousine, a limousine company running thousands of drivers and cabs, built after other vendors left them with an app they didn't fully own. Architected from day one to launch in a new GCC country in minutes, not months.
A German fintech startup building broker comparisons, financial education, calculators, and a social trading community. Their own AI-generated mockup looked exactly like what it was, generic and untrustworthy for a product that handles people's money. Witsberry advised on the tech stack and designed and built the full product from scratch, then handed over a complete design system so their internal team could keep building without us.
