Hello Limousine had the hard part already solved: thousands of drivers and cabs, a licensed operation, real demand from a market tired of the ride-hailing apps already in Doha. What they didn't have was an app of their own. They'd tried building one before, more than once, with vendors who took the money and delivered something Hello Limousine never actually controlled.

Hello Limousine tried local Qatar vendors too. They picked Witsberry instead, a London-based team, because the timezone overlap with Doha meant working days actually lined up with their local team, and because ownership of what got built mattered more than being in the same city.

iDriver wasn't built as a Qatar app that might one day expand. Pricing rules, service zones, payment methods, and language were all pulled out of the codebase into per-country configuration from the start, so a new country is a configuration exercise, not a rebuild.

iDriver ships rider and driver apps in Flutter on a shared Laravel backend, with Firebase handling real-time GPS tracking and dispatch. Built for a company running thousands of drivers, not a pilot with a handful of test cars.

iDriver launched in Qatar in May 2026. Completed ride requests have doubled month over month since launch, and Hello Limousine is now planning the GCC rollout the architecture was built for.

iDriver runs on Witsberry's RUN retainer: patches, new features, performance work, and cost optimization on an ongoing basis, not a handoff after launch.
