Why not just build it with AI myself?
You can, for the first version. What AI tools don't do is the twelve things that matter once real customers and real money touch it. That gap is what WB-12 measures, and it stays invisible until it costs you a contract or a rebuild.

No. That's usually a head start. We audit what exists, keep what holds and rebuild only what doesn't.
Do I have to keep paying you after launch?
No. RUN is optional. Every build ends with a full handover: the code, the infrastructure, the credentials, the documentation and a walkthrough for whoever takes it over, your team or another engineer. Keep us on only if it's worth it to you. There is nothing to be locked into.
What if you disappear?
You own the repo, the infrastructure and the credentials from day one. Any competent engineer could pick it up in a day, because it's built to a published standard.
